Ward 110 is a new municipal ward in the Midrand area of the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality (Region A), created by the Municipal Demarcation Board for the 2026 Local Government Elections. It takes in the Halfway House and Grand Central South business areas, Halfway Gardens East, President Park AH, Commercia, Austin View AH and Glen Austin AH South, and Klipfontein View and Mayibuye in the east.
Note: Ward 110 uses the new ward boundaries set by the Municipal Demarcation Board for the 2026 Local Government Elections. Where a suburb is split between wards, the name shows the side that falls in Ward 110 (for example Halfway Gardens East). Residents should confirm their exact ward, voting district and station via the IEC.
Residents actively engage on issues including electricity and transformer faults, water supply, roads and potholes, illegal dumping, by-law enforcement, safety, and overall service delivery. Local government elections are on 4 November 2026 β stay engaged!
Results will appear here once the IEC starts publishing counts.
